About Schroff

Schroff GmbH is a manufacturer of electronic packaging products that is based in Germany. The company was first established in 1962 by Gunther Schroff, and their first products consisted of power supplies. A few years later, Schroff diversified their product offerings, introducing the 19 inch Europac Rack that proved very successful. Quickly, Schroff’s electronic packaging products became popular for the electronics markets of the United States and Japan, and they became an industry standard for their design. From 1994 to 2018, Schroff belonged to the British conglomerate Pentair, though the conglomerate was later split and Schroff became a part of nVent Electric plc. Currently, Schroff continues to produce electronic packaging, and their production facilities and integration centers are located in various countries across the world.
